Hummus

Hummus

1 cup cooked chickpeas (reserve liquid)
1 tsp tahini (optional)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1-3 garlic cloves, crushed
Oil

Purée the chickpeas with the tahini, lemon juice and garlic, and a 1/4 cup of the reserved cooking liquid, season and adjust the consistency with oil or more cooking liquid.
